1.A five-year-old typically developing female child was referred for evaluation of a rash reported to be sensitive to sunlight and had been reoccurring for the last 4 years. Her mother reported her daughter had experienced bilateral lower extremity pain in her knees and ankles.Except for the occasional banana,she never ate fruit, vegetables, or meats. Diagnose the micro-nutrient deficiency in this patient. Add a note on the importance of this micro-nutrient in human body.
