1. A 15-year-old male, presented with the complaints of exertional breathlessness, exertional palpitations and bluish discoloration of fingers, toes, and lips. Patient was apparently well till early childhood. The symptoms had a gradual onset. Explain with reasons the DDs in this case. Specifically mention the most probable diagnosis.
