1. A 44-year-old male patient, smoker, no known co-morbidity, presented to emergency department with history of cough with streaky haemoptysis for 7 days, fever and breathlessness on exertion for 2 days. On examination the following findings were noted. Respiratory rate – 28/min, pulse – 120/min, blood pressure – 98/68 mm of Hg, SpO2–88% on room air,scattered wheeze on chest examination. Give DDs. Elaborate the treatment with the help of a flow chart.
