In sodomy with a passive agent (the victim), the following findings may be present:

1. Anal dilation: The anus may appear dilated and gaping due to forcible penetration. This indicates penetration beyond the physiological limits of the anus.

2. Anal tears: There may be tears or lacerations of the anal mucosa and muscle due to forcible penetration. The tears may be fresh or partially healed.

3. Hemorrhoids: Forcible penetration can cause damage to hemorrhoids and lead to bleeding.

4. Pain and tenderness: The victim is likely to experience pain, discomfort and tenderness in and around the anus due to trauma from penetration.

5. Foreign material: Biological materials like semen, blood or debris from clothing may be found inside or around the anus. This provides evidence of sexual contact.

6. Sphincter damage: Penetration can cause damage to the internal and external anal sphincters, leading to incontinence or difficulty controlling bowel movements.

7. Anal bruising: Bruises may be present around the buttocks and anal region if there was use of external force.

8. Psychological trauma: The victim is likely to experience emotional distress, depression, anxiety and trust issues as a result of the assault.

So in summary, the findings in a passive agent of sodomy would reflect forced penetration beyond the physiological limits of the anus, causing tears, hemorrhoidal damage, dilation, pain and tenderness. Foreign material inside the anus and anal sphincter damage and bruising may also be present. Psychological trauma is also likely. A thorough examination and collection of evidence is important to assist in investigations
