Question: A 15 year old child was brought to casualty with history of 6 episodes of vomiting and 4 episodes of watery diarrhea. The child also had lethargy and is unable to drink. Weight 10kg.

the illness in this child? - Write fluid management (prepare chart)
in the first 3 hours? - Write treatment guidelines after 3 hours
if there are still signs of dehydration.
