He also has a history of forgetfulness , irritability and confusion for the last two weeks. His cerebrospinal fluid examnation shows numerous WBCs predominantly lymphocytes and budding yeasts with a wide capsule-India Ink preparation. a) Write the most probable diagnosis and the laboratory diagnosis of this condition. Also mention the predisposing conditions.
