Topic: Haemothorax, stones of Gall bladder, Kidney, Ureter and Urinary Bladder.

Question: A 40-year-old male presented to the casualty with history of cough for three days, which was not subsiding. He also complained about chest tightness , dyspnea and intermittent chills. His temperature was 38.5°C. Chest X-ray showed a developing opacity. How would you manage this patient.
